The Challenge

Lucid Meetings is an online meeting software platform that encourages more productive communication through tools like collaborative note taking.  Company founder John Keith is passionate about changing the way that organizations work by providing them with tools that enable more effective communication and encourage better accountability.  But how do you get an audience excited about meetings—the part of professional life that so many people like the least?

Our Approach

Though John’s voice was important, we knew that an outside voice was crucial to communicate the way that the Lucid Meetings platform works out in the real world. We reached out to Toby Lucich and Alexis Bennett of the professional services firm Return Leverage to provide testimonials to illustrate the effectiveness of the platform, explain the impact it’s had on their own work and add their own insights into the magic that happens when collaborative thinking generates new ideas.

Budget

Budget

We kept production costs low on this project by grouping all interviews on a single day, minimizing personnel day rates. Post Production was higher than projects of similar scope due to extensive animated re-creation of the Lucid Meetings software interface.
